At MIC we try to provide most effective assistance to all our students and lectures in the delivery and management of e-learning at MIC. Hence we have a number of departments, Committees, Services and faculties identified
who can provide all the assistance you need.

E-learning Expert Lecturer

We have an E-learning Expert Lecturer for each academic department to ensure that all e-learning activities are carried out most effectively and efficiently.

E-learning Roles and Responsibilities

We encourage teaching faculties to excel in the e-learning pedagogy and use of digital technologies to develop and deliver curriculum content.

We provide opportunities for both full time and part time lecturers to apply for the title of E-learning Expert lecturer. Each year at the beginning of the academic year we open for application for the title. For each year the Exco will decide the number of E-learning Expert lecturers. Based on the evaluation of the applications, by the curriculum development team, the designated number of E-learning Expert lecturers will be selected.

Part time lecturers who win the title will be given a recognition certificate and priority in part time hiring.
Full time lecturers who win the title will be given a bonus standing in the performance appraisal and compensation.
There are no specific added responsibilities that come with the title.

This is generally an additional responsibility given to an existing faculty based on merit.
